First Harvest Consulting has worked with many clients including the Ohio Oil and Gas Association, the Manufacturing Policy Alliance, the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council and the Service Administrator Organization which is a collaboration of Ohio’s largest worker’s compensation TPA’s.

Previously, Euton served as Vice President of Membership at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2016 when she left to work for Lieutenant Governor Mary Taylor’s campaign for Governor until May of 2018.

During her time at the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, starting in 2008, Euton developed a strategy that helped the chamber grow an average of 3.8% a year over the next nine years. Euton also worked with her team to build the Ohio Chamber’s HR Academy, a robust interactive experience including webinars that offer free HR and legal help to the Ohio Chamber’s 8,000 members. In addition, Euton was recruited to serve on the national board of directors for the American Society of Chamber Professionals.

Euton has almost 30 years experience in the non-profit and political sectors. She has served as a consultant for various political races including former Ohio Attorney General and Auditor of State Betty Montgomery’s campaign and Congressman Jim Jordan’s campaign.  Additionally, she has raised funds for City Year Columbus, the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio, and the Ohio-West Virginia YMCA.  Euton got her start in politics, raising funds for the Cuyahoga County Republican Party and serving in the administration of former Ohio Governor George V. Voinovich.

During her time at the Ohio Chamber Euton noticed that there was a shortage of good fundraisers in Ohio’s political space. She started a side hustle, RightRain, and recruited young people to work in the organization. She later sold the firm to one of those young people who still runs it today. RightRain has raised funds for Ohio Supreme Court Justices Sharon Kennedy and Judi French, Auditor and now Attorney General Dave Yost and several local candidates and organizations.

The first woman in her family to graduate from college, Euton received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Mass Media Communications from Denison University in 1993 and completed significant coursework towards a Masters in Clinical Pastoral Counseling at Ashland Theological Seminary.
